Owsianka z chia
3/4 szklanki mleka (krowiego, sojowego, migdałowego)
35 g płatków owsianych górskich
1 łyżka nasion chia
1 łyżeczka ksylitolu (cukru, miodu)
szczypta soli
do podania
2 śliwki + 1 łyżeczka ksylitolu (lub cukru)
1 łyżka masła orzechowego
pyłek pszczeli
Mleko wlewamy do garnuszka, wsypujemy płatki owsiane, chia, ksylitol i sól, gotujemy na małym ogniu aż owsianka zgęstnieje, ok. 10 minut. Po ugotowaniu garnek przykrywamy pokrywką i zostawiamy na kilka minut.
Porcję owsianki nakładamy do miseczki, dodajemy masło orzechowe i uduszone na patelni z łyżeczką ksylitolu śliwki. Wierzch dodatkowo obsypałam pyłkiem pszczelim.
